Meditation — For the Seventh Body
(The Ten Light Bodies of Consciousness, Nirvair Singh Khalsa, p. 118)
 

Posture:        Sit in easy pose or in a chair with your spine straight.

Focus:           The eyes are closed, focused at the third eye point.  Mentally concentrate on the space around your body, your energy field.  Feel expanded, feel large.

Breath:          The breath will come naturally.

Mantra:          I am light.  I am bright.  I am beautiful.   I am strong.  I am kind.  Wahe Guru. 

Mudra:           Hands are in Gyan Mudra on the knees.

Time:              Repeat 6-7 times.

End:               Inhale deeply and hold your breath.  Exhale and relax the breath.
