Lie on your
back and breathe very long, deeply and slowly for 1 minute.

Still lying
on your back raise your legs up to 90 degrees and begin criss-crossing
them rapidly with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes.

Begin
alternating leg lifts to 90 degrees, rapidly with Breath of Fire. Move
your legs with the rate of your breath. 3 minutes.

Bring your
legs up to 90 degrees and begin criss-crossing them again rapidly with
Breath of Fire. 30 seconds.

Now begin
raising both legs together up to 90 degrees and lowering them rapidly with
Breath of Fire. 3 minutes.

Repeat
Exercise 4 for 30 seconds.

Raise your
legs up to 90 degrees, balance on your buttocks, grab your shins with your
hands and bring your nose to your knees. Exhale and lower your torso and
then inhale and bring your nose back to your knees. 2 ½ minutes.

Lie down and
relax. Yogi Bhajan played the gong during this meditation for 4 ½
minutes. Then inhale and do cat stretches.
